I'm pretty sure that this picture totally dried up my periwinkle marker. But I guess that's just what happens when you decide to make multiple layers with markers. Anyway, this is Howl and Sophie from the newest Miyazaki film, "Howl's Moving Castle". In the movie, Howl will sometimes turn into this giant creature which is a cross between a man and a raven (at least I think it's a raven...). Because of this, he thinks of himself as a monster, but to Sophie, he's still the same obnoxious Howl that she fell in love with. It truly is an enchanting and beautiful movie. I wouldn't say that it's the best Miyazaki film yet, but it does happen to be my favorite.^-^

I think Howl is more of a magpie. I dunno. BUT ANYWHO!

To get the markers to blend, I'll overlap the colors and use a clear blender.
I used white paper, but colored the background black on the computer.
