Fanfiction Cover

Yes, I'm starting another one. Which isn't the best idea since I'm not even halfway done with Flugel Aus Gotter. I'm also...not the best writer out there. But for some f----- up reason, I persist. I don't understand my own ways of thinking at times...-_-

Anyway, as you might have geussed, this is going to be all about Almarde. The whole thing is going to be told from her point of view. It will begin with her early childhood, and end with her death.

"I was terrified, but I knew that I had to do something before anyone was hurt. I pushed through the crowd and stood face to face with the commanding soldier, Lyuvann.
Please!” I begged. “Let me talk to Bein! Just give me some time...” I thought that maybe I could convince Bein to stop his acts of terrorism. That I could make it so he would cooperate with the empire. This, of course, wasn’t a very intelligent thing to do. Bein had always had extremely radical beliefs. I couldn’t sway his opinion even if I held a knife to his throat. Maybe I was just trying to buy him time to run away from the soldiers.
That’s obviously what Lyuvann thought. His face became wrought with impatience. He hit me, and I fell to the ground, my face buried in the dirt. My lip was bleeding. I can’t recall very well as to what happened immediately after that. I believe Milly shouted something, but I can’t remember what she said. I do remember hearing gun-fire and being scared senseless. Fortunately, none of the other villagers joined me on the ground. The soldiers, however, did fall. All of them were severely beaten with pitchforks and shovels."
